    Dr Dan Becker

I am a consultant in Emergency Medicine at the Royal Derby Hospital and hold local and regional roles in Emergency Preparedness.

Following a stint as College Tutor for EM I was the ACCS and EM ST3 TPD for the East Midlands (North) for ten years. From 2015 I sat on the ICACCST as the EM TPD representative and since spring 2019 I have co-chaired the committee.

Over the past few years I have been part of the ACCS Curriculum Review Group and the RCEM Curriculum Subcommittee that developed and launched the ACCS and EM curricula.

As we move into a phase of curriculum monitoring and assurance I am looking forward to utilising the excellent working relationships between our College/Faculty teams to help further improve the learning experience for the benefit of all our trainees.
